Refund policy

We have a 60-day return policy for returning any unopened items after receiving your order.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will refund your original payment method. You can contact us for any return questions at info@enhansa.co.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened or expired products.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Right of Withdrawal for EU/EEA Consumers

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, subject to the exclusion below. This statutory right is separate from, and in addition to, our voluntary 60-day return policy for unopened items.

Exclusion

Under Article 16(1)(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they are unsealed after delivery. If the protective seal, cap seal, outer wrap, or container of a supplement has been opened or tampered with after delivery, the right of withdrawal is lost.

How to Withdraw

You may withdraw by any of the following methods:

The electronic withdrawal follows a two-step procedure: enter the required information, then explicitly confirm via "Confirm withdrawal." You will receive confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal declaration by email.

• The model withdrawal form below, sent by mail or email

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires.

Returning the Goods

Ship eligible items back to Enhansa Returns, 24000 Mercantile Rd. #4, Beachwood, OH 44122, USA within 14 days of sending your withdrawal notice. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard outbound delivery costs (but not supplementary costs if you chose a delivery option other than our least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier.
